Terms of Purchase

Pre-launch notice: purchases are not available. These terms are incomplete and are not an offer for sale.

Crabhi Network rewards are digital in-game content. Each future listing must state the exact reward, price in USD, delivery method, account requirements and any duration or restrictions before payment.

Delivery and refunds

Supported rewards use redeemable in-game vouchers. Offline delivery or a full inventory may leave a voucher pending. Delivery time estimates and support response times will be published once verified.

If delivery fails, contact the confirmed support channel with your Minecraft account and transaction reference. Never send passwords, server keys or payment card details. Refund requests, duplicate payments and chargebacks require review of the payment and voucher records; an unredeemed voucher can be invalidated. A redeemed or traded voucher requires manual review.

Nothing in the final purchase policies may remove rights or remedies required by applicable consumer law. Any digital-content withdrawal consent, cancellation rules and refund process must be confirmed for the seller’s jurisdiction and customer markets before checkout opens.
